Sales
Manager – Portable Thermal Imaging Cameras
Sofradir-EC,
Inc is seeking a professional, highly detail-oriented
sales manager to drive the expansion of our domestic
sales representative and international distributor
network. The field of thermal imaging is expanding
rapidly and we are a leading manufacturer and marketer
of award-winning camera products targeted at facility
reliability managers within large industrial companies
and property managers.
Our products, Electrophysics
HotShot and EZ Therm, are used by facility managers
to inspect the health of critical manufacturing plant systems including high
voltage electrical apparatus, large rotating mechanical systems and building
insulation as part of a predictive maintenance program. Your focus will be on
increasing the sales of our thermal cameras through channel expansion and support.

Job Responsibilities
- Managing and working with sales reps to help seek
sales opportunities.
- Driving consistent discipline and methodology throughout
the sales process.
- Identifying, recruiting and training new sales partners
both domestically and internationally.
- Work closely with our VP of Business Development
on marketing programs designed to achieve necessary
sales leads and management of product branding and
positioning.
- Work closely with operations department on production
planning.
- Actively participate in sales opportunities.
- Capture period sales activity in detailed monthly
sales forecasts and reports.
- Plan objectives and attend
trade events and technical conferences and report back return on investment.
Job Requirements Summary
- Experience with industrial markets,
preferably predictive maintenance technologies including
thermography, vibration, laser shaft alignment, oil
analysis and MRO software solutions.
- Must be able to
acquire detailed product knowledge and understanding
of product positioning in competitive markets and become
the "go to" person
the sales representatives rely on to help close sales.
- Must have prior experience managing
independent sales reps and distributors.
- 10+ years
sales experience; 3+ in sales management roles.
- BS Engineering
(preferred).
- Strong cross-organizational skills,
excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform detailed
product demonstrations.
- Ability to train sales force
based on extensive product knowledge and market expertise.
- Ability
to travel up to 50%

Senior
Director of Government Business Programs
Due to the growing demand
for our thermal imaging solutions, Sofradir EC seeks
an accomplished Director responsible for coordinating
US Government programs as well as government-funded business
development activities within the DOD and other government
agencies.
The desired candidate shall identify program opportunities, propose optimum solutions
to meet program requirements, make technical presentations and help lead development
program efforts from concept to launch. The ideal candidate shall have significant
prior experience in working with Defense and Government agencies, research centers
and government contractors and will have significant experience with imaging
and night vision systems. Prior program management experience with related imaging
technologies and familiarity with government DOD customers is required.

- Experience in preparing proposals and white papers
for development initiatives and make technical presentations
to prospective government customers
- Ability to create and implement capture plans and
work with management to appropriately allocate resources.
Able to participate with upper management in all negotiations,
contract developments, due diligence, and other business
or alliance development activities
- BS degree in engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum
of 7 years of program management experience.
- Experience working with company products, services,
competencies, solutions, and offerings
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
