SOFRADIR EC is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees and associates. Accident prevention is an integral part of any successful organization. We recognize that accidents not only cause physical and mental pain to employees but are also costly in terms of dollars and lost production. The establishment of our Safety Committee is designed to assist Management in this commitment.
Management is committed to:
- Develop and implement effective policies and procedures that reduce or eliminate accidents and injuries through proper training and education.
- Fully support the Safety Committee.
- Comply with any and all governmental agencies and regulations.
SOFRADIR EC will hold all employees and associates accountable for following safe work procedures and reporting unsafe acts and safety incidents. Employee cooperation and compliance with the Health & Safety program is a condition of employment.
