The U.S. Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the U.S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) control the export and re-export, both permanent and temporary, of U.S. products. These regulations must reviewed for all products sold by LYNRED USA from the U.S.

Purchases by Non-U.S. persons or for Products to be Exported

If you are located outside the U.S. or you are a non-U.S. person located inside the U.S. and wish to purchase our products, or you are a US person located in the US that wishes to export our products, please feel free to contact our experienced staff. We will ask you for information about the products desired, their intended destination as well as information about your company in order to help pre-determine if an export license may be accepted by the U.S. Government. If an approved export license is required, we would be happy to apply for the license and will keep you apprised of its acceptance status. LYNRED USA Export Control Policy

LYNRED USA will assure that all export activities associated with our products comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations to their fullest extent.

LYNRED USA will not engage in any transaction that will require the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.

If the Buyer intends to export or re-export an item after receipt from LYNRED USA (including "deemed exports" when released to foreign nationals within the U.S.), it is the Buyer's responsibility to request and obtain all necessary licenses for the use and/or export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met.

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any LYNRED USA products, the Buyer certifies that: the purchase does not require LYNRED USA to export such items, and the Buyer does not intend to export such items after receipt from LYNRED USA without an approved U.S. export license.

U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to: Embargoed Countries and entities on the Department of State's List of Debarred Parties;

Department of Commerce's Denied Persons List;

Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to be aware of the Lists of Embargoed Countries, Debarred Parties, Denied Persons, and Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons or any other export prohibitions that may exist. This information can be found at the U.S. Government websites listed above.
